This stage requires the proposed partner to submit a proposal on the intended services, clearly stating the roles and responsibilities to each party to the Overseing Officer of SEDI Minna.
After the proposal is accepted, the proposed partner is expected to submit and MoU to SEDI Minna. The MoU will then be reviewed by the MoU Committee. The MoU Committe ensure the proposal is beneficial to both parties.
At this stage, both the management of SEDI Minna and the proposed partner come together on a round table to sign the final agreed MoU.
