Screen Printing is a stencil method of mass reproducing text and images where a negative design is imposed on a screen of polyester or fine mesh with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance. Ink is forced into the mesh openings by the fill blade or squeegee and wetting the substrate transferred onto the printing surface during to and fro stroke. As the screen rebounds away from the substrate, the ink remains on the substrate as a positive image or text. The process is also known as Silk Screen, Screen, Serigraphy or Serigraph Printing.

The machine prints four (4) t-shirts at a time, equipped with four screen flames and four station table top for t-shirt base. Both the screen frame part and table top base can be rotated independently at 360 degree, which user can operate at any station of the machine. Every screen frame is configured with a lock down clamp and a gage for accurate over printing. The user pulls down a tensioned screen frame to a table top t-shirt and print using a squeegee, to making to and fro stokes. He repeats same action on all the screen frames rotating the frame in 360 degree. Then he rotates to the next t-shirt on table top base, printing on the table top t-shirt till all the four (4) shirts are printed.
